Just wanted to tell you that I did the "Canberra thing" on the weekend and visted Batemans Bay!  We dined in your restaurant on Saturday night and I was impressed enough to speak to your staff and chef as to the quality of the food and service.  This was all the more impressive due to the high volume of people and a wedding.
Well done.  I will do the golf next time!
